What's included in an All Inclusive Package?
Our all inclusive packages start with a base package that includes all the basics to officially get you married and have some memories to look back on. That includes an officiant, hair & makeup, florals, and a small cake.
We book all of the vendors for you and handle all vendor communication, payments, and contracts.
We create custom location guides based on your vision for your day.
We create a relaxed & fun filled timeline.
We have additional services that can be added on to any package.
Basically we're just trying to take away as much planning stress as we can. So you and your partner can just enjoy your day.
So how can we help you make your day freaking awesome? A few different ways:
Expert Advice & Planning Help- With experience in 150+ weddings & elopements we have picked up a few tips & tricks over the years. We are happy to share that information with our couples with unlimited consultations and planning help.
Vendors - Suggesting other trusted vendors to help make your dream day possible such as officiants, florists, and hair and make up artists.
Location Guidance - A personalized location list to find the perfect spot for your intimate wedding or elopement.
Custom Timeline & Activity Suggestions - Helping craft a timeline that allows for a laid back, fun-filled adventurous day.
Photography - Capturing the memories of your day in a candid laid back style. We’re not capturing awkward prom poses and forced smiles - we’re looking for the real stuff. The stuff that'll make you laugh until your cheeks hurt and will make your heartbeat a little faster. Your love story is completely unique, and we want to capture that.
Videography- Capturing the essence of your day through video. Documenting your adventures in a casual laid back way. Let's be real, the excitement of the day can make it so you don't remember all those special little moments. Video allows you to relive those happy smiles, re-listen to your vows, and remember just how epically awesome your day was.

Who we are
We are John & Amy, the husband & wife team behind the cameras.
We are your photographers, your videographers, your elopement planners, and your adventure buddies. We have experience in over 150 weddings and elopements and are passionate about making sure our couples have amazing experiences! Genuine smiles, hearty laughs, spontaneous adventures, that’s what we’re all about. Based in Asheville, NC & WA, & exploring all the cool places.
FAQS
DO YOU TRAVEL?
We love to travel!! We do not charge travel fees for anywhere in NC or WA. We have a goal of capturing a wedding in every state so we're currently not charging extra for travel for any all day packages. We're happy to travel all across the US and abroad, reach out with what location you have in mind and we would be happy to send over a pricing guide!
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
Typically with 1 photographer you can estimate 50-75 photos per hour, and with 2 photographers 100-150 photos per hour.
HOW MUCH DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
Great question! I'd say 70% of the way my photos look comes down to the way I edit my photos. Each photo receives basic color correction, cropping, adjustment for lighting, etc, as well as a custom filter to give it the vibe you see in my portfolio.
HOW IS YOUR VIDEO DELIVERED?
We mail our couples the video files on a USB drive in a keepsake box.
HOW LONG IS THE VIDEO?
It depends on the package that you go with. In our 2 hour Cedar package the highlight video is about 3-4 minutes long, in our 4-8 hour packages the highlight video is about 4-6 minutes long, and in our multi day packages the highlight video is 6-8 minutes long. The RAW ceremony is as long as your ceremony is :)
DO I HAVE TO GET MY ALBUMS & PRINTS FROM YOUR STUDIO?
A lot of studies do the watermark thing or force you to print albums through them - we're not a big fan of that route. We do offer albums and prints, but the way we see it, you've invested a lot for your photos, so you should have the freedom to do what you want with them for personal use.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes we do! We have two payment plans to choose from. We require a $1000 nonrefundable retainer to save your date and then the remaining balance can either be split into monthly payments or can be one final payment due 30 days prior to your wedding.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
We do require a $1000 nonrefundable retainer as well as a signed contract to reserve your date. The next step would be to set up a phone consult so we can get to know each other and we can go over the full planning process.
