Hey, we're Amy & John.
We’re the humans behind the cameras. We're both photographers, videographers, elopement planners, nature lovers, mountain bikers, adventurers, and you guessed it, wildly in love. Fun fact we are actually highschool sweethearts and have been together for 14+ years, time flies when you’re having fun.
A little bit about each of us:
Amy is a nature loving, dog loving, IPA drinking, black coffee lover, photographer & artist living life one adventure at a time.
John is a mountain biker, stoner rock enthusiast, occasional PBR drinker, photographer, videographer, & content creator who usually always agrees to Amy's plans for adventures without being given any of the details.
We both have a heart for exploration and love working with couples who share this adventurous spirit. Genuine smiles, hearty laughs, spontaneous adventures, that’s what we’re all about.

So how can we help you make your day freaking awesome? A few different ways:
Expert Advice & Planning Help- With experience in 150+ weddings & elopements we have picked up a few tips & tricks over the years. We are happy to share that information with our couples with unlimited consultations and planning help.
Location Guidance - A personalized location list to find the perfect spot for your elopement
Vendors - Suggesting other trusted vendors to help make your dream elopement day possible such as officiants, florists, and hair and make up artists
Timeline - Helping craft a timeline that allows for a laid back, fun-filled adventurous day
Planning Guide - 100+ page guide walking you through step by step how to plan your dream elopement.
Photography - Capturing the memories of your day in a candid laid back style. We’re not capturing awkward prom poses and forced smiles - we’re looking for the real stuff. The stuff that'll make you laugh until your cheeks hurt and will make your heartbeat a little faster. Your love story is completely unique, and we want to capture that.
Videography - Capturing the essence of your day through video. Documenting your adventures in a casual laid back way. Let's be real, the excitement of the day can make it so you don't remember all those special little moments. Video allows you to relive those happy smiles, re-listen to your vows, and remember just how epically awesome your day was.
Intimate wedding or elopement?
Not sure on the difference between an elopement vs. Intimate Wedding? Well let’s give you a brief run down.
Elopement - (for a couple and up to 10 guests)
This is an intentionally small wedding celebration allowing you to go on some awesome adventures and have your most perfect day.
Having a small group size allows for you to go out into some areas in nature that are not accessible to larger groups. Think of mountaintops, alpine lakes, waterfalls, all sorts of epic things.
Intimate Wedding, A Micro wedding, Small Wedding (there's a million different terms for it these days) - (For a couple and up to 50 Guests)
Typically for intimate weddings the couple will choose to go out an adventure just the two of them for sunrise or sunset and then spend the rest of the day celebrating with their favorite people. Many times for intimate weddings a venue or ceremony site is reserved.
We photograph primarily elopements & intimate weddings. We do still offer photography services for larger weddings & events, but just on a limited basis.

Best wedding photographer ever!!
Amy was nothing short of phenomenal! She was extremely responsive, met with us well in advance, answered all our questions and was early for every shoot. She was willing to do a family portrait session instead of an engagement session, which we loved! On the big day she was so easy to work with and made everything feel effortless. She captured every shot we asked for and so much more. She was able to capture all the happiness and love in our wedding and the pictures turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. If you are in the North Carolina/ upstate South Carolina area there is no one better to photograph your big day!

Amy is truly incredible!! I didn't think I could love pictures so much until I received the first two rounds of teasers from our wedding! I can't imagine how much we will love the rest of them ❤️ she was amazing during the wedding as well!! For real laddies, she saved me MULTIPLE times from my guest, vendors,ect when everything started to get to be a bit to much, to get a quick second alone to just breathe! 😅 I couldn't imagine having our wedding without Amy! We rescheduled on her 3 times, due to covid. She was incredibly responsive and flexible the entire time!!! Waste no more time looking for a photographer, message Amy now!
